This site and its referral service are intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years old. By submitting a request, you represent that you are at least 18.

What this service is — and isn't

Reno Apex Fence is an independent referral service that connects Reno-area homeowners with local, independently owned fence contractors. We do not perform fencing or gate work ourselves — always verify a contractor's license and insurance before hiring. We do not perform fence installation, repair, or gate work. We do not guarantee the price, timeline, quality, licensing status, or insurance coverage of any contractor we connect you with — always independently verify a contractor's license (see our license lookup guide) and insurance before hiring. Any agreement you enter into for fencing or gate work is solely between you and the independent contractor; we are not a party to it.

No warranty; limitation of liability

This site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we research and source the cost figures, rules, and licensing information we publish, prices, codes, and regulations change, and we do not guarantee their accuracy for your specific project — verify time-sensitive figures and legal requirements directly with the relevant government office or contractor before relying on them. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reno Apex Fence is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site, your reliance on its content, or your dealings with any contractor referred through this service.

SMS program terms

If you provide a mobile phone number and opt in, you may receive text messages from Reno Apex Fence related to your service request. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Reply STOP to opt out of messages at any time; reply HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service, and opting out of texts does not affect your ability to receive a phone call or use this site.

Consent given at submission names the receiving business — Reno Apex Fence and the independent contractor(s) we match you with. If your request is later matched to a different provider not named at the time you submitted it, we will obtain that provider's own consent before it sends you automated marketing messages.

Phone calls and call recording

By providing a phone number, you consent to be contacted by Reno Apex Fence and matched independent contractors about your request, including by phone, which may involve autodialed or prerecorded calls or texts consistent with applicable law. Calls to our tracked number may be recorded — Nevada requires all-party consent to call recording (see our Privacy Policy for the specific law and how consent is disclosed on the call). Consent to be contacted is not required to obtain services generally, but is necessary to use this referral service, since we can only connect you with a contractor if one can reach you.

Third-party matching

Reno Apex Fence connects you with independent, third-party fence and gate contractors. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, statements, or work quality of any contractor we refer. Any dispute regarding work performed, pricing, or scheduling is between you and that contractor.

Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information when submitting a request, not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, and not to attempt to disrupt or interfere with the site's operation.

Intellectual property

The content on this site — including text, cost data compilations, and design — is owned by Reno Apex Fence or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last reviewed" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
